Sony has patented technology which shows that each new game will be assigned to a

single console. On the Blu-ray discs will be placed a special chip that will be responsible for this. SCEJ patented technology at the beginning of december last year.
If this technology came into life, it would be coming hard times for players, everyone would have to buy your copy of the game at a high price.
I do not think this technology has been used by Sony, used game market is huge and generates sales of consoles, if the Playstation 4 will use a tag game discs technology, it will not sell properly.
